CHINS products carry a 10 year warranty; but the battery lifetime can easily be more than 10 Years. The CHINS 10-year battery warranty includes the following privileges when used correctly in accordance with the manual instructions:
- We’ll assist to analyze a problem within 24 hours, and help solve problem, restore battery usage, and introduce the optimal use method.
- Within 90 days from the date of purchase, if our product fails to work normally, we can provide return/refund services.
- More than 90 days from the date of purchase, and within 1 year, if our product fails to work normally, the consumer must CHINS with battery testing. If both parties confirm that the product fails to work normally, CHINS will send a replacement product.
- More than 1 year from the date of purchase, and within 5 years, CHINS provides free after-sales service and maintenance service.
