The Diode Dynamics Ultra Heavy-Duty Single Output 4-pin Wiring Harness (DD4123) has been designed specifically to safely power Diode Dynamics SS5 CrossLink Pro Light Bars with five (5) or more SS5 Pro LED Pods.
The Diode Dynamics Ultra Heavy-Duty Single Output 4-pin Wiring Harness (DD4123) from Nomadic Supply Company connects directly to your vehicle’s battery and allows you to power your offroad lighting. You have the option to control your pods using the included three-way switch to toggle between the backlight, off, and the main beam, or control them through your Auxiliary Switch Bank with the included adapter. This harness uses high capacity 10AWG wiring and a Deutsch DT connector for simple plug-and-play installation.
The Diode Dynamics Crosslink SS5 Pro Lightbar is the brightest linking lightbar available on the market, and it requires a lot of power for operation. Over the course of long-term testing, our engineers determined that a larger power connector and wiring harness was necessary to maintain absolute reliability in all operating environments. Specifically, the original wiring harness used 14AWG wires and Deutsch DT connectors. A new Ultra Heavy-Duty harness has been designed, which uses 10AWG wires, an 80-amp relay, and larger Deutsch DTP connectors to distribute power to each lamp in the series.
Compatibility Please note that this harness has a DT-P size output connector. This is intended to connect to a corresponding Ultra-Heavy-Duty (UHD) SS5 Splitter harness, to build a multi-pod lightbar. This connector will not plug directly into any LED product offered by Diode Dynamics.
