The Fiamma F80S Awning Replacement Right Hand Leg Swivel Holder (98673S205) is now made of a much thicker plastic that is not as rigid and breakable as the old 98673A205 part was.

Although the previous version was made of aluminum, it would often still break if the customer twisted on them before pulling out the support leg fully, catching the male portion of the knuckle on the female portion. This brand-new design is more accommodating to that and will now last much longer.

Swivel holder

The swivel holder is much better than the old one. I installed both right and left and they are much easier to work and stronger than the old ones.

One of the leg swivel holders that came with the F80S awning broke the first time we opened it. These replacements are the perfect answer. They’re much stronger and are very easy to install. Five stars for the replacement parts and two stars to Fiamma for selling an awning whose parts break on first use.

Note: I received two right-side leg holders initially. The packages from Fiamma showed the correct part numbers but the part inside one of them was wrong. Clearly this was Fiamma's mistake but Nomadic still made it right as soon as I let them know about the error. Super impressed. I will definitely buy from Nomadic again.
