This 11″ x 17″ (28 cm x 43 cm) griddle is designed for use on a 12″ x 18″ (30 cm x 46 cm) or larger grilling surface and has been constructed entirely of heavy duty 400 series cast aluminum and feature a non-stick coating for effortless meal preparation and clean up. Extremely durable and versatile it is perfect on the grill or stove top. Reversible, the Magma 11″ 2 Sided Non-Stick Rectangle Griddle (A10-197) is ideal for breakfasts with family and friends; flip it over and you’ve got a grill for cooking sizzling meats and veggies.

The Magma 11″ 2 Sided Non-Stick Rectangle Griddle (A10-197) is coated on both sides with Dupont Teflon Platinum non-stick for durable trouble-free use in the most extreme conditions. One side of the griddle is smooth for preparing eggs, pancakes, etc. the other side is ribbed for grilling sausages and meats while the grease is removed away from the items being cooked. Convenient removable handle included.

In 1976, identical twin brothers, Jim and Jerry Mashburn, created Magma Products. They were two young California sailors who, besides their love of sailing, loved to barbeque. However, experiments with attaching grills to their boat proved unsuccessful. The porcelain metal grills available in the mid 1970's were just not up to the task. After a short time attached to the stern of a boat, the grills simply rusted out and became completely unserviceable. Knowing the durability of stainless steel in marine environments, the twins set to work making a stainless steel grill that would withstand the hardships of a salt water environment. Over 40 years later, the brightly polished Stainless Steel familiar shape of a Magma Grill can be seen around the entire world. That original charcoal grill is still available and is now complemented with several propane models. There are mounting devices to accommodate any possible need, plus cookware and Tables to help prepare and to serve your food.
