So you ordered your brand new Sprinter but forgot to specify that you wanted the all-black sliding door rail…we have the solution. Our 2019+ Mercedes Sprinter Vans Black Sliding Door Track (#TWS-77B) allows you to swap out the stainless rail with one that actually matches the rest of your Sprinter van!

Our Mercedes Sprinter Black Sliding Door Rail installs easily in place of the silver one that you already have, you just need direct access to the inside of the van; meaning you didn’t convert it to a camper yet, or upfit it in any way. Installation of the 2019+ Mercedes Sprinter Vans Black Sliding Door Rail requires that you have a support for the bottom of the slider door while the track is being replaced. All you need for tools is a T40 and a 10mm socket, and a ratchet.

Our 2019+ Mercedes Sprinter Vans Black Sliding Door Track (#TWS-77B) is 48″ long and are for RIGHT slider doors ONLY, meaning they won’t work outside of North America.

Looks cleaner

It' doesn't stick out like a sore thumb as the aluminum one does. Makes my van look much more cleaner from the outside. Not sure why Mercedes didn't use these in the first place. Eitherway I love mine and I'm glad I found it here. It shipped relatively fast too. Thanks Nomadic Team. I will be ordering more stuff in the future.

It mostly fit

I was excited to get this door track since the bare aluminum track bothered me from an aesthetic perspective. I have a 2022 144LR Crew. I eventually got it to work after bending the threaded posts with pliers and quite a bit of muscling but I’m still convinced that this part has changed over the years and this isn’t a direct replacement for my factory track. First, there’s an additional non-threaded post on my factory track that wasn’t on this black track. Secondly, the threaded post second from the rear on my factory track was offset downwards. The hole placement in the side of the van matches the offset post on the track so I really don’t think it’s a matter of tolerance variation. I got the track to fit eventually by bending the second to last post on the black track downwards and and last post upwards. I was worried that it wouldn’t look right after the track was on but it seems everything is okay.

Hi Alex!

The Mercedes Sprinter VS30 2019+ Black Sliding Door Track is an OEM factory Mercedez-Benz part. It comes directly from the Mercedes-Benz factory, so it's certainly an OEM part that is made for the 2019+ Sprinter (we have one on our trade show Sprinter, installed at the factory before delivery to the dealership).

Mercedes-Benz says this regarding fitment:

Mercedez-Benz panel standards are close to a tolerance of +/-5mm. The hole diameter is 10mm, so in most cases if you tilt the track 10 degrees as you line up the studs it’s enough to fit into the proper location to get the studs started. On the offset stud, the threads may or may not contact the hole depending on the above mentioned tolerance, that’s completely normal. The stud is offset by 5mm.

Thanks for your review!
