The Method Trail Series 703 Bead Grip Wheels for Mercedes Sprinter Vans was developed for off-road enthusiasts and designed to handle the toughest trails and your next overland adventure. An iconic 12 window design and dual debossed Method logos help set your Sprinter apart from the rest.
The Bead Grip technology allows deflation of tires down to pressures that previously would have required beadlock wheels to make sure tires didn’t debead. It’s advantageous to reduce tire inflation pressure while off-roading to increase a tire’s contact patch surface area for better traction on loose surfaces as well as improve ride comfort by effectively reducing the spring rate of the tire.
The Method Trail Series 703 Bead Grip Wheels for Mercedes Sprinter Vans has an Iconic 12 window that design joins the Trail Series in a modern update to one of Method’s most popular styles. The Method Trail Series 703 Bead Grip Wheels for Mercedes Sprinter Vans benefits from not only the solid A356 aluminum with T6 heat treatment construction but also their patented Bead Grip technology.
Method Bead Grip Technology utilizes progressive, integrated grooves found on both the inner and outer bead seat, which engages the tire bead for a stronger hold under extreme side load and lower air pressure demands. The wheel’s ‘Safety Hump’ also gets a more aggressive profile which further stabilizes the tire bead in the seat.
Available for 2wd & 4×4 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 vans in signature bronze, titanium and matte black, Method 703 has the style to match the performance. Super strong 2650 lbs load rating, hub centric fitments and replaceable snap-in center caps. Fresh and clean iconic styling, the 703 is ready for your rig!
BEAD GRIP: HIGHER GRIP AT LOWER PRESSURE. ONLY FROM METHOD.
WHAT IT IS:
Patented Bead Grip technology aims to be the bridge between a conventional street wheel and a beadlock, which is often not legal for highway use. Reducing air pressure in the tire increases traction and ride quality while on the trail. The ability to safely run lower pressures without having to worry about the tire de-beading along with DOT approval will undoubtedly be a bonus to off-road enthusiasts.
WHY IT’S OFF-ROAD PROVEN:
The integrated Bead Grip grooves, found on both the inner and outer bead seat, engage the tire bead for a stronger hold under extreme side load and lower air pressures. The wheel’s ‘safety hump’ also gets a more aggressive profile which further stabilizes the tire bead in the seat.
