ROLEF Repairs Warranty
If the repair is covered by the ROLEF warranty, we will do it in our workshops. You must follow the following protocol: You must first send photos for approval. You must show the ROLEF label on the product.
ROLEF Non-Warranty Repairs
If the repair is not covered by the ROLEF warranty, we will offer you our repair service by submitting a work estimate to you for approval before carrying out the work. The repair will be done in our workshops with the same original products and the same ROLEF quality. The excellence of our craftsmen will extend the useful life of our products (postal charges apply). All you have to do is remove the few screws and detach the Velcro, remove the foam at the bottom of the door, roll the door around the magnet and ship it.
