Perfect

The part fits perfectly and was easy to install. I match drilled the hole to the old part and it fit very well. Customer service was very helpful in making sure I got the right part for my bike rack. Shipping was very fast.

Pathetic design

Nomadic Supply did an excellent job of getting these to me quickly. The original broke while we were heading south, but Nomadic’s rapid response to my order let me fix the bike rack while we were still traveling. Kudos to them.
Fiamma, on the other hand gets bottom level marks for continuing to sell this as originally manufactured; a product which has a long history of failure. Check Airforums to see how bad the design is.

What we have found in nearly all of these situations is that the racks were loaded with more than 77 lbs. by the consumer, causing their own product to fail, and we have never once denied a warranty claim within 12 months from their date of purchase even when it's their fault.

Airstream has happily bought this product from us with the original design for the last 14 consecutive years to put on all of their trailers.
