Good for our RV

The product is great for our RV with dual batteries. It seems to charge both well. Technical support from Go Power is poor at best. When questioned about their implementation of the RV-C spec, one is met with "Our code is proprietary". I guess that's a euphemism for "Our code is broken and we don't want to talk about it".
