The Backwoods Hi-Lite Overland Front Bumper with Bull Bar for 2016+ Toyota Tacoma features a full 30lb aluminum shell and a 54lb steel winch cradle for a total weight of only 84lbs. Typical aftermarket bumpers are either made from steel or aluminum, with steel being strong but heavy and prone to rust while aluminum is lightweight and resists corrosion at the cost of higher price and less resilience. The clear solution is our hybrid design that combines the best of both materials to give you a strong, lightweight bumper that looks amazing. It’s modular, low profile, customizable, and has provisions for offroad lighting.
Most winches will fit this bumper with no issues, however if your winch height exceeds 10.1″, you may have to relocate your solenoid or slightly modify the crossmember. Specifically, WARN ZEON winches are 10.5″ tall and require this relocation and modification.
