The EcoFlow Wave 2 is an upgrade to the original Wave – a portable AC unit designed for tents, RVs, and small rooms. The EcoFlow Wave 2 Portable Air Conditioner and Heater has a black-and-gray finish and sports stylish edges that give it an angular look. An air intake sits behind a black grille on the front of the unit toward the bottom, while a baffle above dispenses cold air. A control dial resides to the right of the baffle and four additional buttons grace the EcoFlow Wave 2 Portable Air Conditioner top edge.
The left side of the EcoFlow Wave 2 Portable Air Conditioner enclosure includes an AC power port, a solar/car charger port, and a port for plugging in an optional add-on Battery Pack. With a fully charged EcoFlow Wave 2 Portable Air Conditioner & Heater Add-On Battery you can run the EcoFlow Wave 2 unplugged for a little more than 3 hours in Cooling mode and up to 8 hours in Eco Mode (which combines Cooling and Fan modes).
You can charge the EcoFlow Wave 2 Portable Air Conditioner and Heater battery on AC power, via a car charger adapter, or via one of our EcoFlow solar panels.
EcoFlow Wave 2 is just the start! Pair EcoFlow Wave 2 with an EcoFlow DELTA 2 / DELTA Max or their extra batteries and get an astonishing 7-14hrs run time in Eco Mode. Compared to using other portable power stations, its 28% more efficient. You can also use any portable power station with a 820W input to charge your WAVE 2.
The EcoFlow Delta Max Extra Battery Cable (LXT150-1M-US) connects the Ecoflow Delta Max to the EcoFlow DELTA Max Smart Extra Battery using the Extra Battery port on the side of the unit.
You can also connect EcoFlow Wave 2 to the Ecoflow Delta Pro portable power station and the DELTA Pro Extra Battery using the EcoFlow DELTA Pro to Smart Generator Adapter (DELTAPROTG).
You can connect a solar input of up to 400 watts to the EcoFlow Wave 2 air conditioner for direct charging, unlike the prior generations limit of 200-watts input.
EcoFlow Wave 2 Portable Air Conditioner & Heater does not have an internal battery so if you do not already have one of our Portable Power Systems, you can buy the EcoFlow Wave 2 Portable Air Conditioner & Heater Add-On Battery. The swappable battery of Wave 2 (1kWh) can be used to charge other devices like Phones and gadgets.

Does the Ecoflow Wave 2 have a built-in battery?
While Ecoflow Wave 2 does not have an internal battery, you can use its 1008Wh add-on battery, or use EcoFlow Max/Pro as a DC power source. Alternatively, you can plug it in directly to a wall outlet.
How many power supply methods does Ecoflow Wave 2 support?
Ecoflow Wave 2 can be powered by any of the following methods:
1. AC power supply (such as your wall outlet) (100V-240V)
2. Ecoflow Wave 2’s add-on battery.
3. DELTA Max or DELTA Max Extra Battery
4. DELTA Pro or DELTA Pro Extra Battery
How many charging ways does the Ecoflow Wave 2 battery pack support?
As long as you’re using a battery with Ecoflow Wave 2 (Add-on battery, DELTA Max, DELTA Max Extra Battery, DELTA Pro, DELTA Pro Extra Battery) three charging ways are available:
1. AC charging (500W charging rate).
2. Solar charging (200W charging rate).
3. Car charging (200W charging rate).
Can battery pack be charged independently?
To charge the add-on battery, it must be connected with Ecoflow Wave 2.
Can the Ecoflow Wave 2 be used while charging?
When connected to AC, it will charge battery pack if operating power is guaranteed; when using power station, if power overload occurs, please disconnect the battery pack. When connecting the solar panel or car charging cable, input power is not enough to support the operation of compressor, only the fan mode can operate. It is recommended to use the above two charging ways while keeping the power off.

ECOFLOW WAVE 2 DRAINAGE FEATURE
Residual water is stored in WAVE 2 and we suggest emptying the water every time before using or moving the appliance.
Here’re the three drainage modes that WAVE 2 has. Check our picture below for more information!
* Please note that if the external drainage function is turned on by default, water can unexpectedly flow out when the unit is switched off and on again if the drainage tube is not connected properly. To prevent this, users need to manually activate the feature.
TWO WAYS TO DRAIN THE WATER:
1. Without the pipe: Remove the connector and tilt WAVE 2 slightly to let the water out smoothly.
2. With the pipe: Connect the drain pipe to the drainage outlet, and then turn on the External Drainage function by pressing WAVE 2’s speed button for 3 seconds OR selecting External Drainage on the Drain Mode page on the EcoFlow app.
